In the aughts, Staclean built a customized baghouse for a chemical company to vent an incinerator that burned by-products from their labs and processes; the filtration process was very corrosive to the baghouse modules.  After 15 years of service, the modules needed to be replaced but the structure and filtration media were still in great working condition.

The Staclean team worked closely with the customer to design new Duplex 2205 stainless steel modules that could be dropped into individual pockets within the previously installed baghouse and work around the existing structures such as manifolds and discharge equipment.  Staclean also applied insulation in-shop.

Four pads held each module in place, each having four bolts.  When the service penthouse was bolted down to enclose the top section of the entire row of modules, all the holes lined up.
